Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of complex, scalable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while enforcing best practices and architectural standards across the team.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless interactions on all devices.
- Remote Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (backend, product, design) through daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to their professional growth through code reviews and technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Core Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and TypeScript is mandatory.
- Styling: Expert knowledge of CSS, SCSS, and CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion).
- Testing: Demonstrated experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and project management tools (Jira, Asana).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fully distributed, remote team.
