Responsibilities
- Architect and develop responsive, user-centric web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
- Optimize front-end performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and implement scalable solutions for business requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Deep experience with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Context API).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work remotely from Chicago, IL.
