Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap) and responsive design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
