Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable UI Components: Design and implement reusable, modular, and accessible front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Optimize Application Performance: Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to define features, troubleshoot issues, and drive technical decisions.
- Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Stay Current with Trends: Proactively research and evaluate emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and tools to keep our tech stack competitive.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in the development and production environments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- State Management: Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Testing: Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
