- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define feature requirements.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Implement robust security best practices and data protection measures.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in React or Angular and Node.js or Python.
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in a distributed team environment.
