Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and modern cloud services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring seamless remote collaboration.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack, ensuring 99.9% uptime and a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time and priorities independently without direct supervision.
