- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the engineering team.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on React and Node.js.
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- A deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
