Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern full stack technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability of our codebase.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with server-side technologies, preferably Node.js or Express.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
