Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
