Responsibilities
- Architect and implement full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize application performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Lead security audits and implement best practices across the tech stack

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex full-stack projects
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Certifications in AWS or relevant cloud technologies preferred
