Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, functional code.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions for production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
