Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning to ensure project milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application stability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database performance tuning.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in working in a remote-first environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
