Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the technical design process, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps and deliver user-centric features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring lightning-fast load times and seamless cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement robust security protocols and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and ensure stability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, with a focus on React and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in remote or hybrid work environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues efficiently.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and RESTful APIs.
