Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications through code refactoring and optimization.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of database management systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
