Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead the design and implementation of front-end and back-end systems for our core product suite.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a 100% remote workflow efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
