Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implementing caching and lazy loading techniques.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication.
