Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative technical culture within the remote team.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Experience with modern HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with distributed teams.
