Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews for the team.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, providing rapid resolution.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue) and backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
