Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless functionality across all devices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to our engineering best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to maintain system stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js (or similar modern frameworks).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
