Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a production environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Experience with Node.js or Python for back-end development.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
