Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable web applications and APIs using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development squad.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve application performance and user experience.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment processes to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to self-motivate and deliver results in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
