Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Deep experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
