Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in a production environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical strategy and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
