Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and adherence to security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance and proactively identify bottlenecks to optimize speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the codebase.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Vue.js and a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python and RESTful API design.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote environment.
