Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, perform unit and integration testing, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Optimize application performance, improve load times, and enhance overall user experience across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical workshops, and contribute to the definition of the technical roadmap.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning) to drive project velocity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of successfully working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
