Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and user stories.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system architecture.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior team members, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- CI/CD Implementation: Help establish and improve Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
