Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of complex software issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
