Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high performance and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers in a hybrid remote environment to define feature requirements.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application stability and user satisfaction.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
