Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Night Shift Operations: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and deploy updates during off-peak hours to minimize downtime for users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and bug-free deployments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development, specifically with Full Stack technologies.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
