Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Contribute to the architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
