Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bugs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects or mentoring team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
