Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to enhance application speed and user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
