Responsibilities
- Lead development of React/Node.js applications serving 2M+ users
- Design AWS/Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product team to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct quarterly tech talks on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience building production web applications
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem
- Proficient with Node.js, Express, and RESTful API design
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects with measurable impact
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
