Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team knowledge sharing.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and Node.js (or similar modern stack).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
