Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following strict coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and technical planning sessions within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth and culture of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and modern state management libraries.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and make architectural decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
