Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following SOLID principles.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level developers.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in React (Frontend) and Node.js or Python (Backend).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to debugging.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable internet access.
