Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA) to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills.
