Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure system security and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
