Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to define and implement technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database interactions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team growth.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues remotely.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
