Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality web applications using React, Node.js, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure architectural standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features efficiently.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks in real-time production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
