The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver features that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Build and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex issues and implement robust solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Backend, QA) to define feature requirements and drive project timelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS, Azure) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Time Management: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
