Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to define and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a growth-oriented team environment.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
