About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex web applications, collaborating with product managers and designers, and ensuring the highest standards of code quality and security.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security across the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
