Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Mentor team members on best practices for performance optimization and architecture patterns.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production environments efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development (React, Node.js, or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
