Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices with Node.js and Python.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for code quality and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive project momentum.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to technical roadblocks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
