We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Washington State. You will be responsible for architecting scalable software solutions, leading technical projects, and mentoring junior developers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies for long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
