Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver intuitive user interfaces and seamless backend functionality.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in regular code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in a live production environment.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and design of new features.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in React and Node.js is required.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
