Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features from conception to deployment.
- Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our core platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure product stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
