Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in React and Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal user experience and application speed.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Vue.js, including state management and component lifecycle.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
