What You Will Do:

- Full-Lifecycle Development: Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards.

- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously refactor code to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or Python/Go).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous environment.
